Michelle and JD’s wedding ceremony at the Lang Tannery, violin and cello duo, March 16, 2013, Kitchener ON

“The duet was amazing and surpassed all expectations. A very nice performance by two very talented musicians. A highlight for myself and I’m sure Michelle as well. It gave the ceremony a feeling of warmth and richness. Many thanks for all your help!”

This was the string duo’s first time performing at the Lang Tannery, and it was truly a wonderful event! As our wedding musicians perform at a many venues in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, this venue is sure to become a popular option in the future. The juxtaposition of the old with the new was particularly striking, as the building was at one time thought to be the largest tannery in the British Empire, ca 1850, and is now an incredibly modern venue with exceptional facilities such as the amazing projection screens that surround the room.

The music that the clients chose also fit this old and new theme, but everything was always elegant and refined to reflect both the occasion and the couple!
