“The musicians were fantastic. Although Christine and I did not get much of a chance to hear them play (we were getting pictures done), everyone commented on how wonderful it was to hear them play at the cocktail hour and the ceremony” Christine and Henry

Once again, a very satisfied client and a great performance at the courtyard of the Liberty Grand in Toronto. We are always excited to work hard to make sure that we provide the best service possible, and we are so happy when clients fell the same way. Thanks and congratulations!

Duo d’Amore performed a beautiful ceremony and cocktail reception at the herb Garden in Almonte, ON. This venue is just a few minutes outside of Ottawa, and made for a tranquil and memorable occasion. Pachelbel Canon in D was performed as the bride walked in the lush grass towards the groom, at the elegant, white Victorian gazebo. Bach’s Wachet Auf and Handel’s Hornpipe followed for the signing and recessional. After the ceremony, the cocktail reception was held outdoors. Our violinist and cellist performed under the porch area of an old log cabin, and received many enthusiastic comments from the guests. One again, it was a pleasure to perform at such a lovely outdoor wedding ceremony and reception. Congratulations Shandi and Ryan!
Venue: The Herb Garden, Almonte ON Wedding ceremony music: Duo d’Amore-string duos, trios and quartets
“(Duo d’Amore) were fantastic and sounded wonderful. Thank you again for all of your assistance in helping to make our wedding day a memorable experience”
Our string trio had a great time performing for this wedding ceremony at the beautiful St Anthony’s Church in Toronto, and the cocktail reception in Vaughan. The acoustics of churches are often fantastic, and the sound of the Fray reverberating off the walls of the church by our string ensemble was exactly what the bride and groom were looking for. Blending modern music with classical music is starting to become a bit of a trend, and when it is done well with a lot of thought and planning such as with this wedding, it is a really unforgettable and special experience for everyone present.
