She continued her musical education at the Conservatory of Mount Royal College, where she was a member of the Academy program throughout her childhood. Pamela has a Music Performance Diploma from the Conservatory at Mount Royal University, a Bachelor of Music Degree from the University of Calgary, and a Master of Music Degree from the University of Toronto.
Pamela has been highly involved in Toronto’s music scene since relocating here in 2004. She is a member of the highly acclaimed Via Salzburg Chamber Orchestra. Pamela also performs regularly with the Canadian Opera Company Orchestra and the National Ballet of Canada Orchestra. A versatile and inventive player, Pamela had the opportunity to perform for the 2010 Cultural Olympiade in Vancouver as the composer and solo violinist of Body and Soul, a theatre production by award winning playwright Judith Thompson.
As a teacher, she is actively involved in many different settings including her own private studio, Branksome Hall, and the Hammer Band, an outreach program that provides violin lessons to underprivileged children in Toronto.
Pamela is currently pursuing a JD at Osgoode Hall Law School where she is President and Founder of the Osgoode Fine Arts Collective. She is specializing in employment and labour law with a particular focus on creative labour in North America’s changing labour market.
