Above and beyond his previous positions as organist and director of Music Ministry at Trinity United Church, Kitchener and Parkminster United Church, Waterloo, he is also an accomplished violinist, violist and viola da gambist.
His experiences included directing the Trinity Chancel Choir and the University Scholars performing masterpieces for choir and orchestra. He has created a Gold level Handbell choir at Parkminster which has performed through out the Waterloo region and formed a Celtic Band to celebrate some of our forgotten Christian/Celtic ceremonies. His talents also involve a wealth of knowledge of Christian history and its role in music, incorporating them into creative meaningful and awe-inspiring worship services.
His experience in the community as a musician includes founding artistic director for Nota Bene Period Orchestra, first violinist for the Georgian Bay Symphony, violist for the Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber Orchestra, volunteer organizer for the Grand River Baroque Festival.
He lives in Walkerton enjoying his favourite activities which include kayaking the beautiful waters of Bruce county, Hiking the Bruce Trail, expanding his already large garden which now includes two water gardens and of course, cooking.
